I don’t believe it even comes off your record. They just cannot count it towards your credit rating.

Contact the credit bureau. If that doesn’t work, maybe your attorney or the bankruptcy Trustee.

Any account included in a bankruptcy remains on your personal credit report for a maximum of 7 years from the date the bankruptcy was filed. The bankruptcy itself, listed in the public record information section of a credit report, remains for either 7 years from the filing date if it was a Chapter 13, or 10 years from the filing date if it was a Chapter 7, 11 or 12.

pookyjo2 has the only correct answer here.
To answer the rest of your question, the agency will automatically remove the report once the time period is up, and it does not require any action on your part.
In the event they do mess up and it’s still there, a simple dispute letter will remove it.
