    Although I don’t know the answer of how many times they can, what I do know is that they should only ever be able to file once. If unable to reorganize, they should cease permanently. They are jipping their customers out of money they spent, knowing they wont be held accountable for the funds stolen. ATA should and hopefully never be able to operate again.
