    Depends on wether or not it is Chapter 7 or Chapter 13

    Cost of bankruptcy varies a lot from place to place.

    Filing fees and mandatory credit counseling will cost about $360.

    Legal fees for a simple chapter 7 could vary up or down from about $1500 in most areas - more in larger cities.
